You are welcome to share your room with your friend or family; – just tell us during registration. Please understand that we cannot occupy these rooms with only two or three people.

Should you wish for a different room size, please select the option “No acommodation in the Youth Hostel” when registrating and reserve your desired room directly at the youth hostel.

Your rooms will be in the same building as the workshops, so you can concentrate fully on your courses. In agreement with the instructors, you are welcome to retreat into your rooms to practice.
The youth hostel is providing all bedding and towels.

Important: There are NO animals allowed in the Youth Hostel. If you need to bring them, please look for external accommodation.

At the Youth Hostel, you will be provided with food and drinks. Included in the participation fees are two breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday, if you also sleepover), two lunches (Saturday and Sunday) as well as coffee and cookies (Saturday afternoon). There will be vegetarian options at every meal. Additionally, please inform us about any dietary requirements during the registration, and we will inform the Youth Hostel staff.

On Friday evening, we will find ourselves for dinner at Finya’s tavern. A medieval tavern, where we can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in a medieval ambience. As the ‚Finyas‘ has a very small kitchen we have to order the food in advance. Please use the respective space during the registration. You are welcome to bring your instruments along to play session.

On Saturday evening we reserved a room in the frankish restaurant Bratwurst Röslein, where we have enough space for a session and dancing after dinner. If you have attended a mini session or dance workshop, you can apply your new knowledge directly here.

The food and drinks on Friday and Saturday evening are NOT included in the participation fees.

During the weekend, we will provide you with carbonated and still water free of charge; Non-alcoholic drinks are available for sale by the Youth Hostel. In the evening alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at the Youth Hostel bar situated in the dining hall.
